Is my project appropriate for this site?

I've got a 1940 Custom delivery with an S10 chassis under it. I was wondering if it would be appropriate to post on this site. After looking at the site for a bit I discovered there hasn't been any activity on this portion for over a year, so it might be a mute point. Any comments?
