How much does a fleetside tailgate weigh?
I need to ship a gate to a member and need to know how much it weighs.I dont have a scale to do it myself.If any of y'all can tell me would appreciate it.Thanks

I can't help you with the weight but in case you are not aware, Greyhound is a good shipping alternative if there is a station near you and where you are shipping. Pretty reasonable. You would have to wrap it real well in a couple of layers of heavy cardboard. BTW, I have a friend from HS who is living the good retired life on Lake Travis. Looks like a nice reservoir.

55 lbs...around 60 wrapped in cardboard. I have shipped many tailgates.
