What's the difference in the gauges

I am ordering a new 7 hole gauge bezel and noticed when you order there are different part numbers for 67-68 and 69-72
so what is different ?, I thought they were all the same

I think the dif is where the lighs and wiper knobs are placed.

67-68 have the wiper and headlight switches stacked on the left side of the bezel and space for a choke on the right. (Picture was borrowed from a board member's for sale post)
