Crossmember Maybe?

Anyone have this crossmember in their non-frameoff truck? If so what are your thoughts about it? Several manufactures offer these, is one better than the other? One company says it corrects your driveline angle. Is that true?

Re: Crossmember Maybe?

I don't think they correct any driveline angles. What I do know is this: They're stronger that the factory stamped setup. They're designed for lowered trucks. They allow the driveshaft more travel room. Lastly, they allow for routing exhaust through the frame on lowered trucks instead of hanging below the frame rails.

I don't personally have one, but I only recommend products from ECE.

Re: Crossmember Maybe?

I have the one from ECE. It did not say anything about correcting the drive line angle but it tucked everything up under the truck. I also went with their solid trailing arms it really made everything nice and tight. Early Classic Enterprises “ECE” Nice Stuff check them out. This is the only Pic I could find right now, I'll look for installed pic and post if I can find them

Re: Crossmember Maybe?

Not an expert on them but it looks like they raise the fwd. mount and that will keep the pinion angle at the correct or closer to the correct angle on a lowered truck.
