1973-1987 Chevy & GMC Heavy Duty Headlight Relay Harness's
Introducing our brand new Heavy Duty Headlight Harness specifically designed for the 73-87 Chevrolet & GMC trucks with SINGLE headlights. Our HD Headlight Harness's are the top of the line, and are constructed with quality materials. They are 100% "Plug n' Play" so there is no need to cut or splice any wires what so ever. They feature HD Ceramic H4 Headlight plugs, to ensure a long life and can handle very high wattage bulbs. The harness will work with any single headlight set up that utilizes a H4 style plug (eg. Sealed beam, Halogen, HID). With this harness installed, it will draw your power for your headlights directly from the battery (taking all the load off of your OE Headlight switch) and give your headlight the full 13.8V+ they need to run at 100% and give you a very large upgrade in light output!
------------------------------------------------------------- Below are a few of the benefits of upgrading your headlight Harness:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------- Price: $89.95 Shipping: $9.95 via USPS Priority Mail to the lower 48 States ONLY Shipping to Canada: $15.99 via USPS Payment: PayPal or a US Postal Money Order To Order: Simply send us a PM with your PayPal address and we'll send you an invoice with a total via PayPal Part Number: 7387SHD312 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Order now and save 10% off the regular price!

Yes! We are currently developing the Heavy Duty Headlight harness for the squarebodys with dual headlamps! There will be a pre-sale thread up within the next week, if you would like I can add you to the list of people to be notified when the harness is released!

Re: 1973-1987 Chevy & GMC Heavy Duty Headlight Relay Harness's
I'd also like to get on the dual head light harness as long as it is will work with the 88-91 head lamps. I'm guessing it will, but figured I'd ask.

Re: 1973-1987 Chevy & GMC Heavy Duty Headlight Relay Harness's
Installed mine today. No issues what so ever, done in about an hour. to be honest, the HD headlights I think cost more than the harness. Look into it if you want better headlights on your truck.

Re: 1973-1987 Chevy & GMC Heavy Duty Headlight Relay Harness's
Actually might be interested in buying a couple more kits to drop in (get this) a 1965 Fairlane and a 1962 Thunderbird. Both have dual headlight setups. The headlight switches on these cars struggle with higher capacity headlights. I can't imagine that the system would be any different functionally for a Ford vs. a Chevy. If they work I might just get you some business from some of the Fairlane and T-bird owners as well as the guys here. More $$$ for you.

Re: 1973-1987 Chevy & GMC Heavy Duty Headlight Relay Harness's
I have a GMC 35 Sierra Classic 1 Ton Dually. Is this a true *plug & play* or do wired have to be spliced? Thanks.
Regards Larry

Yes, this harness is a TRUE 100% Plug n' Play! You do not need to cut or splice any wire what so ever! You simply plug your passenger side OEM headlight connector into the new female H4 headlight connector on the new HD Headlight Harness. Then you simply plug the new ceramic H4 headlight connectors onto your head lights, then bolt the 2 new power wire 3/8" ring terminals to your positive battery terminal, and ground the two #10 eyelets on the immediate left and right of the relay bank. And your done! Installation is very straight forward on all of our harness's and allows for the cleanest and easiest installation possible! |

Don't suppose these will work if the battery has been moved to the DS during an engine swap, correct?

Re: 1973-1987 Chevy & GMC Heavy Duty Headlight Relay Harness's
Hi Don. Yes, this harness will still work even if you have the battery relocated to the driver side of the engine compartment. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask!

Re: 1973-1987 Chevy & GMC Heavy Duty Headlight Relay Harness's
Can these be made with the 9008 ends at the bulbs to accommodate the Jeep light swap/conversion an avoid splicing into these super nice harnesses? It would also save us from having to buy the expensive pigtails through mopar....
