parting out 68 c10
MORE PARTS ADDED - 10/25/12
I have a wide variety of parts to get rid of; some new, some old. I won't get them all listed with this one post, but if you have something in mind let me know and I'll see if I have it. The prices listed DO NOT include shipping costs. I'll have to do some research to determine shipping costs so I'll get those to you as soon as I possibly can. I'll more than likely ship via USPS. I'll accept payment through Paypal or cash if the part is picked up in person. I appreciate it! 1. 2.5" Western Drop Spindles - fits 1963-70 c10s. I painted black with Rustoleum oil based paint. There is some very slight surface rust on the parts that I didn't paint, but it practically wipes off. Never mounted on truck. SOLD 2. 2" Front Drop Springs (pair) - used, but in great condition. SOLD 3. 3" Rear Drop Springs (pair) - used, but in great condition. SOLD 4. Duralast Brake Calipers (pair) - new, but I painted black so I couldn't return. $20 5. Raybestos Lower Ball Joints (2) - nib. $10 ea 6. Raybestos Wheel Cylinder (part # wc13387) - nib. $5 7. Raybestos Wheel Cylinder (part # wc13388) - nib. $4 8. Raybestos Outer Tie Rod End (2) - nib. $8 ea 9. Upper Control Arm Bumper (2) - new. SOLD 10. Lower Control Arm Bumper (2) - new. SOLD 11. Lower Control Arm U-Bolts (4) - new. $30 12. Raybestos Lower Control Arm Shaft Kit (2) - new, painted black. $20 ea 13. Original GM Upper Control Arm Set - sanded, primed, and painted w/ Rustoleum, new Raybestos Ball Joints and Control Arm Shaft Kits. Great Shape. $250 for the set 14. Original GM Lower Control Arms (2) - I think the control arm shaft ends need to be rethreaded or something. The threads are thin and won't readily accept a new shaft... The one pic has a shaft in it, but isn't included w/ control arm- $? 15. Original GM Wheel Tubs (2) - I sanded these down, primed the outside and painted the inside with the Rustoleum paint. One tub is a lot rougher than the other. $25 for the rough one, $50 for the good one 16. Original GM Passenger Side Inner Fender - sanded down, primed outside, painted inside with Rustoleum. Will post pic soon. $40 17. 1971 C10 cab - an original A/C cab, but no A/C. Floor boards have been replaced and are in great shape. Someone attempted to replace the cab corners and rockers, but did a horrible job. The headliner needs to be replaced. Overall, in pretty good shape. May need rear cab braces, I'll have to check on that. No title. $300 Some of the other items I have include a hood, painted front bumper, windshield cowl, grill, cab mounts, cab supports, coil spring clamp kit, rear axle u-bolts, 2 LH and 2 RH doors, a brake booster, a longbed fleetside frame (minus front suspension except for crossmember), bench seat, ash tray, glove box door, '68 cab with rusted out floor (has title), some marker lights, etc. Whew! You don't realize how much crap you have until you start listing it! Not that anyone would be interested, but I also have a 307 Olds motor that ran when I took everything apart, and a 200r4? tranny to get rid of. Last edited by bigjoe77; 11-30-2012 at 01:03 AM. Re: parting out 68 c10
Definitely want the calipers and wheel cylinders.
Considering the springs depending on total cost so looking for shipping on them separately. Thanks

Re: parting out 68 c10
The only thing I have suspension related that would fit a 71-72 Chevy would be the trailing arms/rear control arms. I listed them, but haven't taken a picture of them yet. I do have a used set of "drop shocks", which are necessary for lowered trucks, but I haven't taken pics of those yet either. To be honest with you I'm not sure what brand the springs are. I bought them off of a guy a while back and never asked. If I think of or find anything else I will let you know. Thanks for inquiring.
