Picked a 1967 GMC 4x4 with V6

I tore my achilles a couple weeks ago and have been told to keep weight off it but driving around the state or for a couple hours at a time is ok. Well I had to get out and go for a drive. I was cruising by a place and noticed there was alot of stuff there.... I thought I spotted a white cab roof in a small opening between some trees. I pulled in and found a 67 and its pretty rough but original with nice options (V6! super custom, buddies). love the blue/green paint color as well. Anyways I was able to flag down a kid in the yard and buy it! I think the teenager knew it wasn't the most common of trucks though since I had to pay a fair amount over scrap value. He seemed a little shady but it was his uncles truck and his uncle had a signed title for some reason and told him where it was located. Now I just need to figure out what to do with it after I get it running. I have the sister to this truck as well but yellow and its a Custom. Take a peek.

Re: Picked a 1967 GMC 4x4 with V6

I'll try to get a pic of mine this weekend. Had surgery on the achilles yesterday and now in a cast for 2 weeks. I am grateful they got me in so quick and fixed it- feels good to be on road to proper recovery!

Thanks! I really like this color, its a mix of blue and green it seems. Vibrant and yet it is a classic 60's color.

One of the markings is the model number (KM1590), which indicates the cab is to be used on a V6, 4x4 lwb wideside chassis. Another one is simply "tinted w/s" and "AM radio". Basically assembly instructions.
