NOS, AC / GM Big Block fuel pump # 40877
The " GM " trade mark is embossed in the metal body on both sides of this pump.
Also in the box is GM paper work, dated 6/1970 telling that this is the new HIGH RESSURE fuel pump for 1971 model year trucks.
( To assure adequate fuel flow and pressure to give full power under heavy load and high speed conditions. )
( And how to adjust 1968 -70 carburetors to compensate for the higher supply pressure of this pump. )
