Is this a good deal? converting to auto

My plan is to convert my manuel trans and transfercase to auto. The gearing is just too low for me and Id rather have an auto for better street driving. I found this on craigslist. Hope its a good deal looks like the trans needs some work.

$375 or best offer! and its local to you...I dont see how you can go wrong, even if it does need some work. Check the adapter for cracks or signs of leakage.

Thats why I said even if it needs some work...I myself would have it rebuilt before instaling..around 350 bucks here. If you get the setup for 350 then you wind up with 700 in it.

You guys think that's good? I got a good tight 350/np205 for $200.... Anything over $250 and 30 miles drive isnt a good deal IMO.

375 for a possibly broken slushbox transmission and a transfercase? Way too much.
