Alternator Question???
I am looking to buy a high output alternator from www.4alterstart.com. I am looking at the 135Amp alternator for the 73-86 GMs. I have a 1970 Chevy C-20 and was wondering would this just bolt right into where my old one was? Thanks

If they use a standard GM alt and just beef up the stator and rotor for more amps then it should bolt right in.Most places state if it's a different sized housing or not.
I have a 140 amp one wire alt. from Summit(Summit band is actually made by PowerMaster). It is the same size as my other internally reg. GM alt.
