Torque Specs.

Anyone know the torque specs for the bolts that hold on the intake/exhaust manifolds on a 230 inline 6?

Re: Torque Specs.

Don't know actual figures but I do them up firm but not over tight with a 9/16 - 1/2 in ring spanner no long lever at all. When the motors warmed up after a while I go over them again. I do nip them up every so often anyway as these motors are similar to the early Holden 6s which required regular tightening of the manifold bolts say every few months or so.
Hope that helps.
