4l60e Driveshaft question

My last major hangup before doing my LS swap is the drive shaft. I keep coming across 4L60Es with fixed yokes for a two piece shaft set up. MY 75 LWB is a single piece shaft with a slip yoke

So after much searching before I posted this, it seems I have to do one or two of the following
1. have to find a slip yoke 4L60e
2. Swap tailhousings on the 4L60e i have if available
3. Install a two piece shaft set-up and carrier
4. Get a custom driveshaft made with a slip built in from the Jeep shaft builders ($400)

So are the tailhousings interchangeable on the 4L60e without having to tear into the thing and change output shafts?
Any suggestions guys?

Re: 4l60e Driveshaft question

I'd just install a two piece shaft. They're not as scary as they look. You just need to get the frame crosspiece to mount the carrier bearing along with the shaft... If you don't already have it in the right location.
