The adapter is a new output shaft assembly for a TH350, to connect to a 10 Spline (manual) 205 Transfer Case.

Ok Phil thanks, seeing that this is one complete part, this is not going to work for what I need. I thought the adapter was separate from the shaft. All I need is the 10 x 27 coupler. Thanks though
