header question
From what I have learned from the site I think my 71 has a 67 frame and I'm having a problem finding a set of headers that will fit. I would appreciate any info what brand would fit. Thanks for help. P.S. how can I tell for sure it's a 67 frame.

Ran headers on the 68 burb for years, and the best ones were by far Hooker Super comp's. I had to special order them at the time, and it took a long time to get em as well. That was, geeze 10 or so years ago? Dang, time fly's.
Any way, they fit a hell of a lot better than the other pair that were on there. I think those were Eagle headers?

the 67s did not have a dimple where the power steering box goes, or should go...a poweer steering box will not bolt onto a 67 without an adapter or a bunch of washers, and Hello out east in the land of Truman, I live up north...let me know if you need anything.

tried three different brands on my 71 burb. finally bought a set of Doug Thorleys, they fit perfect and look great.
