resizing pics

Will Microsoft picture it! platinum v.2002 resize pics to post on here? I have the program,but I dont want to install if it wont resize the pixels. Thanks for any help.

If you save it as a bmp, you can resize it with paint, then change it to a jpeg. In paint click Image_ stretch/ skew_ then put in the percentage you want to shrink it.
