Dumb sparkplug question

Ok so here is my Dumb question of the day: I have a 73 350 /350 with a Q-jet4bbl.,and it has electronic ingition.
What spark plug should I be running and at what gap?
I know lame but ........

Stock probably AC R45TS gapped at 45.
I prefer AC Rapidfires #2's gapped at 50 with a HYPERTECH Super Coil

on a stock GM engine use stock GM plugs known as AC Delco R45TS gapped at 45
