Seat Belt Bolt Holes
On a 72 GMC (which it may not matter), Do the seat belt mounting holes in the floor go all the way thru ?

If they are like my '68, yes, they go thru into a "doubler plate" that has the threaded bung welded on.
They can be a pain to take out since rust, dirt and crud can build up on the threads that are exposed underneith.
