Large vs smaller rear wheel arch question

As noted recently, the rear wheel arches are two different sizes, 33" or 36". My 1 ton panel truck are 36." Does anyone sell that replacement part? LMC states it's 33" and TopBanana who I had planned to use lists no dimensions. Since I read they use the same suppliers I was guess TB's were also 33". Anyone sell the larger bed side panels.
