bench bleeding the MC on a dry system?
Ok, I've bled the master cyl and am about the bleed the lines -or i should say fill and bleed the lines as they're currently dry. Seems to me like as I'm bleeding some of the air will work its way back up into the master cylinder - how will I get that air out and did I waste my time bleeding the mc?

I Always bleed the MC, but never worry about the lines. Once it is all hooked up and you crack the lines at the wheel cylinders or calipers the gravity pushes the air outward, toward the bleeder. Sometimes gravity bleeding works better than the two person method of pump & release. Hope that helps!
