my vote go's to the 67 /68 grille I just like the look of those better

NOT THAT THEIR IS A BAD 67 to 72 GRILLE CAUSE THEIR'S NOT !

I first fell in love with a 72.

Although they all are great in their own right, the 72 grill is special to me.

When I had a '72 that was my favorite grill. Now I have my '69 and that's my fave. Wonder what it would be if I got a '67-'68? LOL

'69 - '70, hands down. Newer ones are two expansive and plain, older are nice but need a little something.

i like the 71/72 grille with the blue bowtie in the center the best. but the hood looks really slick on the 67/68. i would prefer a specific year truck to have what it came with, although i'd be temped to shave the bowtie from the 69/70. the lines are much cleaner with the hood free of adornment.

I got no problem with my 71, but I'll always prefer the 67/68 front end.

if i was building a sport/show truck i'd use a 67/68 hood with a 71/72 grille. i really like the blue bow tie. all the trucks since 72 were gold. and i don't really like the gmc grilles at all....they look too "busy" with the quad headlights. but i am naturally a chevy guy more than a gm guy. with the later i'd just shave it and run a phantom grille or something. but as previously stated, everyone has their preference and the differences help us quickly reference the year of each truck (unless some pulls a sneaky).

very tough for me as I have had 2 72's, I just love 67's. Not so much with the '68, the cleanness of a '67 (no sidemarkers) matches well with the front end. 67's make better rat rod's too. Meaning the '67 looks better when dented and rusty than a '72, by far imo.
