Door handle button fix
hope this helps someone! Its working well still a few weeks later of course new door handles are cheap as well.

Great video however I would use stainless safety wire to reduce the stretch when that plate pops out again.
Safety wire with safety wire pliers would make that fix permanent! Bill

Great idea, Kalle. With my truck being 67, that issue has had me a little worried. Nobody makes replacements for 67, so this is good thinking man.

I used JB weld. After 2 years, they still work fine.

I did this with my originals, but I used the wire and JB Weld method. They worked foul up til the day I switched them out for new ones. I still hold on to them, just in case.
