LSX swappers what ya got?!?!
I've been wanting to start a a thread like this for a while, so here goes. We have a lot of LS swaps going on with a million questions about each. I thought it would be cool and informative to list a brief desrcription of your swap and the parts you have used.
I'll start: Model: 1969 C10 Suburban Motor: 2006 5.3 (Tahoe) Transmission: 2006 4L60E with Corvette servo (Tahoe) Oil pan: 2007 Cadilac CTsV Motor mounts: ECE Tranny mount: ECE Tranny Tunnel: Low hump Radiator: Entropy dual pass with electric fans Fuel tank: ECE stainless in tank pump Shift linkage: Column/Lokar Exhaust manifolds: Doug Thorley 324Ys Gears: 3.73 Tire size: 30" Carb or EFI: EFI Bagged: yes Running: not yet... Go Fast: M112 Maggie Build thread: http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=200387 Let's try to stick to this format as best as possible. Throw in a picture if you would like. Also, if some one asks you a question, add the answer back to your original post. If this goes well, hopefully the moderators will make it a sticky, . Posted via Mobile Device

Re: LSX swappers what ya got?!?!
Do those tubes' collectors hang below your oil pan? Based on my measurements they would be at least 1" below my f-body pan, which I'm trying to avoid.

Re: LSX swappers what ya got?!?!
They are lower than my oil pan, however it won't be a problem for me. If you look at the attached pic you can see how much they hang down in relation to the frame rails
