I have a 64 short stepside and looking for a fender with the spare cut out. I located a fender on ebay, but says it fits 55-59. Says it came off of a long bed 3200. I thought that the fenders where the same from 55-66 and it would not matter if it was a long bed or short. The link is below. Any ideas?http://www.ebay.com/itm/290701579389...84.m1423.l2649

My understanding is that the fenders are all the same but the beds are different.

The spare tire rear fenders are different between long and short bed trucks. On a short bed the tire is higher up and farther back. On a long bed the spare is lower and closer to the cab. The easist way to determine if it's a long or short bed fender is by the distance between the step and the bottom of the tire cutout.

If you have a short bed truck you might find the long bed fender more desirable. An example is shown on post #11 on the following thread:
