Re: Anyone want a new project
Its not a matter of anything other than the fact that my body wont let me do the hard work it would take to finish it. Really bad neck and back make it pretty hard for me so im trying to spend more quality time with my wife and daughter. I have done a good bit of work on it already but dont have the energy to keep up with it.
It has had the entire windshield frame/ firewall replaced...new floor new rocker boxes, ends, rockers. only rust left is small spot in back floor where the floor ends under the tailgate. NOW tailgate cut down 67 truck doors...one needs a little work other one is cherry both 72 and 67 front sheetmetal Very nice 69-72 core support lots more

Re: Anyone want a new project
Sorry to hear that, I'm sure if the price is right it will not
last long. I have had alot of interest in mine from here & if yours is cheaper it will be gone. Best of luck to you

Re: Anyone want a new project
Oh no - I need another project like I need a hole in my head - hopefully it is too expensive for me to consider...
Hope you can find a way to get it finished while you own it. Best of luck to you. |

Re: Anyone want a new project
I am with you, I just had three vertebra fused and they say 6-8 months till it is 100%, but honestly the torture I've put my body through over the years is catching up. I'd like to be able to walk under my own power, so I too have been trying to get rid of my projects. My family is the priority now. Hope it works out for you, a nice 2wd project should sell, good luck.

Re: Anyone want a new project
I'm gonna move this to the parts board for you. I'd love to have the tub (neither the wife or I go for the lower stance) and will be looking for one in the future, but right now ain't the time unfortunately.

Re: Anyone want a new project
onetonk5,
I think you could create more interest in selling the blazer if you could take as many pics as you can and post them up. It is hard to sell things on the internet without pictures. I suggest taking several pics of the parts, overall truck, then specific pics of the trouble areas of rust and damage. This is only my suggestion, but it would probably help you sell it quicker. Hope it helps you some. SHawn
