Turkey Rod Run

I went to the Turkey Rod Run in Daytona today and found a Blazer that needs a "little" work. It's more than I want to tackle, but maybe someone would want it - ???

If they sent that off to the sand blaster, I don't think much would come back.

That one has spent some time on the beach I bet. The salt spray is killer. That said it’s not worth but $500 at the most to me. The top is probably all that’s holding the back end of the tub together.

Ohhh... ok, now I see all the areas K/5s are prone to rust. All of them. Thanks for the education . I had one that bad and even I parted and scrapped it.

Re: Turkey Rod Run

I notice the camera avoided the upper windshield frame corners. They must be really bad.

Re: Turkey Rod Run

I was there also, at least this one, can see the rust, unlike many in the car corral where quickie paint jobs covering up rust, that " fresh paint" always makes me run, seen some I think the paint hadn't even cured yet,,
