Body drop

I'm doing a body drop on a 67 shortbed and wondering if any one has already done one, and if there is any info on this subject.

Re: Body drop

lot of poeple have. to lay rockers all you really have to do is lower the cab mounts 1" and cut the pinch weld off. Then lower the front frame horns the same. next drop the bed how ever you want, most take it out of the inner side panels.

God I love our trucks for that reason, they make it so easy. All my friends w/ mazda's are freaking out about it, and us its so cut and dry simple. I'd do it the exact same way as you mentioned.

haha ya, now if it only took as long as it did to type it, that'd be cool... tell your buddies w/ mazda to by chevys and they would have anything to freak out about, LOL.

Oh yes, they get crap all the time for their trucks from me. Bout how I'm younger but have a grown up truck, not a mini, and such.
