WTB Rear Leaf Springs 68 1/2 ton
I am needing rear leaf springs for my 68 gmc short bed. I think any leaf spring from any 67-69 c10 1/2 ton will work. Let me know thanks!

Re: WTB Rear Leaf Springs 68 1/2 ton
I am going to be bagging my truck and have a nice set of 72 1/2 ton leaf springs still installed. Also have POL 2" lowering shackles if you are interested. First 2 pictures are before frame was sand blasted 3rd is after with chassis on the lift.
Let me know I think they will work but would be some freight involved.

I measured them it is 52" from center bolt to center bolt and 2 1/4" wide leafs. Hopefully if its the same it will fit. Let me know!! Thanks again
I didn't realize you had a 68 gmc as well its beautiful love the way it sits. If anyone would know if it fits I'm sure you would. lol

Yes they are the same thing.
Mine are just under 51" x 2.25" with no weight on the frame. With the weight of the bed and the cab I am sure they would hit your 52". I'll PM you my phone number. Here is how the truck sat before I started the restoration.

Before you cut or unbolt them, I'm interested in the spring hangers if you want to sell them

I don't think he needs the hangers and could sell them to you possibly to offset some cost? If he passes I may leave the chassis as a roller for now. Unless sombody else needs them?

Not wanting to step on anybodys toes but did you price any new ones? The shipping could be pushing the sale over the new price. Just saying.

No problem, I agree the shipping is steep.

Re: WTB Rear Leaf Springs 68 1/2 ton
I am going to have to pass. I found some locally closer to what price I needed it at. I appreciate your time 7dee2 If the shipping wasn't so high it could have worked out. Once again thanks for the replies.

That's OK Matt. No problem I'll just leave my chassis as a roller for now. Glad you found a better solution.
