Who sells 4 spd tilt housing?

Who sells the 4 speed tilt housing that must be available with all the 4 speed tilts coming around.

I have an automatic tilt and would like to make it a 4 speed.

I would rather not fill in the indicator pointer area and the shift lever mount.

Hmm.... I did not know that.
I was thinking that you could make an automatic tilt a 4 speed tilt.
