Side window/Door felt/division bar gap all wrong -super drafty....
Has anyone else had this problem? I had thought that the vent window would be the biggest draft issue. Not so. I have original window glass (1/4") in all new (I think Precision) door felts/division bars. With the side windows wound all the way up, they are loose in the felts. And drafty/noisy at speed! Surely it can't be another 'you're the only one' sort of a deal! Anyone else suffered this problem/got a solution? The (what Precision call) glass run weatherstrip and division bars both fitted fine so I think I had correct 'application specific' product. Any thoughts?

Re: Side window/Door felt/division bar gap all wrong -super drafty....
Looks about how my originals look that I was just thinking is next on the list. I actually have N.O.S. but want to save that for when I restore the truck. Was thinking just buy whatever for now...probably whatever is cheapest. Now I'll wait to see what folks say. I don't feel the truck is drafty with originals and no wind noise. I'm just concerned about water getting in the doors and the passenger window rattles over bumps. Been there/done that. Next comes cracked glass...or was that only in older vehicles before safety glass? Anyway, I wish I could help. I have only used OEM in the past and it makes then like branew

When I got my truck from the p.o. it didn't have any of the felt or rubber around the doors. I replaced it and have the problem that you have. I'm not sure on how to fix it to make it better. I know what I have is better than nothing.

Very weird photograph. At least for those of us in North America. I had no idea that there were right-hand drive versions of these trucks.
Sorry, but I've no knowledge of how to fix the problem, hope others chime in soon.

Hmmm, so not the only one, but where to from here? A lot of cash money to simply buy a new set and 'hope'. I tried putting 2" masking tape right around the edges and that quietened it down. Not really a long term solution though!
Anyone else have a similar experience? LongBox, there's not a lot of RHD's around. Mine's not factory, but it did come out of my 'factory'!

I'm far from an expert and don't know if it will help have never tried but I have seen body shops use double sided foam tape before they put the seals in
