The fact that it was posted 25 days ago and still hasn't sold kinda throws up a red flag to me... seems like people sit around constantly watching the classifieds for bargains to flip.
I saw a 55 2 door post on atlanta craigslist a couple saturdays ago for 8k... it sold in about an hour... |
