How much is an AC cab worth?
Just a bare 72 cab with no rust and uncut dash. No cargo light.

$$$$$$$$$$
It costs $1500-$2,000 to have a body shop repair one, but to get $1,000 out of a rust-free or restored one is almost impossible.

Are you looking to sell or buy? If selling, I am interested if the price is right. Where in the Bay Area are you?

$150!?How big are the issues? It must be a location thing cuz I'd be on that like white on rice if it was within 200 miles of me.

About the cab...
I have it advertised locally but not too in a hurry as it is still attached to a truck. I asked the question because I wanted to know how I should price it. Since AVEJOE PM'ed me asking if I have one for sale, I'm giving him first dibbs. The only rust I could find for now is just inside of the passenger front door corner weatherstripping. About 3" x 1/4". I will hopefully have it stripped further down this weekend if weather permits (rain, rain , rain). I got people interested in the windshield, doors and front clip, so with those removed and out of the way i could inspect it better. Anyway, $400 is the asking price, if you came pick it up.
qk silver- the AC has been removed. I have bits and pieces of the inner and outer boxes laying around if you want them.
