Betchat it's rare...
I have a '69 Truck Data Sales book and I was reading it "in the library" and ran across something that I didn't know.
Simply put, I saw that the M-20 4-speed transmission was an option in the G-series of vans. I wonder how many of them were ever built, like that?

Re: Betchat it's rare...
I would bet that the M20 option in a van was an SM465.

Re: Betchat it's rare...
Actually, you could get a 90-inch WB, panel van or sportvan, with a 307-2bbl and the M20 with the shifter on the column.....so a short bus with a V8 and 4 on the tree!! Slap some wheels/tires on it and have some fun....as for me, I'd have to have the short version. The longer one had a 108-inch WB. Don't think it would make a good ambulance.

Re: Betchat it's rare...
There's a CH465 listed as one of the transmissions in '69, but it wasn't an option in the G-series.
