complete engine and trans
Engine and trans are out of a 67 chevy.
Engine: The numbers indicate it is a mid 80s 305. If I recall it was rated at 160 HP. Points distributor. Ran OK when removed 01 Aug. Developed a intermittent miss the last 2 weeks it was running. I have not checked it out. Assume it leaks from rear main. A/C: brackets are factory 67 pieces. I believe they 67 only pieces. A/C was working when removed 01 Aug. Alt: brackets are factory 67 pieces. worked when removed 01 Aug. P/S: brackets are from early 70s truck that were purchased from another board member. SEE NOTE BELOW FOR MORE INFO. Pump is about one year old from O'Rieleys. Worked when removed 01 Aug. Note: The factory AC brackets make the belt run on the forward most groove. The factory alt brackets make the belt run on the rear groove. This is contridictory to later styles so the P/S bracket was milled down so the belt would line up with the middle groove. LOOK AT THE PICTURES. Trans: Alluminum case powerglide that is worn out. Always slow into reverse and slow into drive when hot. I promise it leaks. Worked when removed 01 Aug. Manifolds. Rams horn. Not cracked that I can see or hear. I hope to sell complete for $600.00 locally. I live in Highland Village Texas ZIP 75077. I will seperate and ship pieces if no interest after one week from today.
