Re: so get this!
wow.... what some people will do these days amazes me. Oh, and it amazes me how weak some men are these days. Criminy, he'd need a team of other people to wipe his ass and his pants if he came to my workplace. I don't necessarily have to strain myself physically every moment of every 8 hour day, but I absolutely love to strain myself and work physically hard for 8 to 10+ hours a day.
Then again, I'll think about calling for help next time I take a dump

I'm trying to think of something smart-alecky to say but, frankly, I'm floored.

When read the first post, The movie "Coming to America" popped into my demented mind. The part where the prince's butler clapps him hands and calls "Wipers!' That one gets me every time!

Re: so get this!
Reminds me of a case in SC years ago, the head of the SC Workers Comp Div, basically reported to himself that he'd hurt his back picking up a file folder, OK'd it , and paid himself $40,000.
No review board, no nothing. Luckily the paper found out about it, unfortunately when it went to court or whatever, it was ruled legal. People like these two should get life in the electric chair. They're not qualified to even breathe the same air as me. |

Re: so get this!
i think the best thing is your company send the guy for an independant medical exam with a proctologist who used to work for Roto Rooter or with a guy who has hands the size of a 72 GMC grille

Another reason for no toilets at work. If you cannot hold it for a 12 hour shift; guess he belongs on welfare.

Re: so get this!
CG,I want to do it with 50 year old mind and experience, but at 15.Just so I can really wring the goody out of that minor clause.
The OP might ask the guy if he hung a fingernail on his coxyx (that's kind of like tailbone in 'Merican) to cause the injury.

I have heard alot of "good" stories about workers comp claims because of the work I do, but this has got to be the most unique yet.
