Re: looking for some people who live in Washington state

You missed all the Puyallup swap meets at the end of the winter. The Monroe swap meet is coming up soon.

We're all looking for parts... so craigslist or ebay... or get the local "buy and sell" rag. Check with Wes at Classic HEartbeat. He's in Olympia, and has used parts available, as well as aftermarket parts. He's also a forum sponsor/vendor.

There is a good car show in Orting (my hometown) the middle of June. There were lots of '67-72 Chevy/GMC trucks there (including mine) the last couple of years.

Depending on how long you will be there, the Portland, PIR swap meets in OR are the ones to go to! Unreal in size. Plus it will give you a chance to get away from the Washington people for awhile. lol

Re: looking for some people who live in Washington state

Not another one until next year, you just missed it a few weeks ago.

If you look over in the Northwest section, you will find a thread for the upcoming Monroe swap meet. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=563759

It's Sat-Sun May 18-19, but the bulk of everyone I know of that is part of the forum here are Sat only types. A few of us come up from Vancouver (near Portland), and others come down from Canada. It usually turns out we have a dozen or more coming and going all day long. If you find a thread over there, post a wish list and I bet you can have one of us bring to the meet.. Lots of truck stuff goes every year, and we always have a great lunch feast to boot..
