How do you remove the deluxe steering wheel on a 63?

I was expecting to just push down on the horn button and rotate to remove but It doesnt look like this will work on this type of wheel.

I noticed 2 screws on the back of the steering wheel. If I remove those that should allow the horn button to come off and give me access to the big nut right?

I already picked up a steering wheel puller just wanted to double check. Don't want to break anything.

I think once you get the 2 screws off the back(double check too, they might be a clutch, or butterfly head screw) there will be three screws on the front holding the ring to the wheel, you will want to get the whole thing out of the way before you pull the wheel.

I have a great tip to remove the steering wheel. Of course after you get the horn ring off. Loosen the Steering Wheel shaft nut to where it is flush with the top of the shaft. Then take 2 hammers. One has to be a ball peen hammer, the other a big hammer. Then wedge your knees up against the bottom of the wheel and use leverage with your feet, and push up your knees real hard. While doing that put the ball peen hammer with the ball on the shaft, and hit the flat part of the ball peen hammer with the BFH. The steering wheel will pop right off in 2 seconds. You have to keep the nut on so you won't damage the threads on the shaft or hit your self in the face from the wheel coming off so fast.

I never use a puller.
If the wheel is frozen on the splines, then you have to use a puller. Install the puller, and tighten the center bolt. If it doesn't pop off right away, hit the top end of the puller with a hammer, and tighten some more. Then do it again until it comes off.
