67 Rear wheel backspacing
67 fleetsidewith original rear end. Will a 10 inch wheel with 4 1/2 inch backspacing fit?

Yes but clearance will be tight on the outer fender. I have the equivalent of this (9" wheel, 3.5" bs) and I have about 1/2" clearance between tire and outer fender. This is also after removing the outer half of the inner fender to gain more clearance. If you lower your truck at all with that wheel it will most likely rub on the outside.

10" wheel, 5" Backspacing. 67-68 Original narrow(er) housing length. Dropped about 7". 295/45 tire. 4 1/2" BS would be tight.
