Smile So she says....

... size matters!!!

So I got 6" springs:

6" Tuff Country springs that is. Bought from a board member. I replaced the 4" rough country springs today. I plan on a shackle flip for the rear w/ add-a-leaf and a zero rate if necessary. I have bricks in the bed now so the rear will come up. The rough country springs are for sell $80 plus ride, about 1.5 yrs old.

if size REALLY mattered, you would've gone 12" springs.

I`ve always been confused.I know where to hold the tape at the one end,but what do you measure to at the other end?I keep getting different measurements, too.
"-----"that`s an inch,right?(that`s what I tell her)

Thanks! The ground hawgs are doing a lot better than the swampers. I improvised on the shocks I used a pair of rear shocks for a 4" lift on the front, they are 4" longer than the 4" front lift shocks, I just drove about 30 miles and they seemed to control the road bumps.
4bynut, the springs are not softride, but I will ship.

I know but I only paid $100 for the 6" springs.

Adam, my boys enjoy working with me and my wife knits, quilts or something like that so she's out of my hair (if I had hair). I'm actually behind, should have been painted by now and the long step done on the GMC.

I was joking, I was not really banned. Something got jacked up with the board settings and it kept telling me I did not have privileges.

Not sagging, has bricks in the back, but is still about 1/2" lower in the rear. I will be taking care of that.
