Can you also draw on this picture where you want it cut? Do you just need the outer portion? The way you drew the green line, it appears you may also want the inner piece that follows the curve of your bottom green line. I think that will be a much more difficult cut to include the bottom metal....just want to fully understand before I give you a price.

Drivers side bottom where the door closes ? I can try and send you a pic of the damage I have to see if you could cut the piece to fix it

I took everything to scrap yard today. I still have emblems, column, outer grille and some of the inner grille.
