67-68 Grille disassembly question

In the process of cleaning my grille up for paint, and I just have a question. What's the best way to get these rivets out? Just drill them out? How would I get them back in? Thanks.

so, after you drill them out.... what method do you use to re-install them. Nuts and bolts? new rivets?
