Help with 69 door seperation. Tips and tricks??
My 69 doors have 'seperated' and bowed out in the middle which is leaving a big gap between the new window rubber and the window on the side closest to the vent window. It looks like its about 1/4 off. I can squeeze it together with my hands and it pulls up where it needs to be.
From what i've seen, the 72 doors had a little screw or 'dimple' on the inside that ran to the outter skin that helped this problem. What in the world does the braket look like that the screw runs to?? I'm going to try and fab on up. Any advice or tricks??? ttt
