Wanted- u joint straps - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I need a pair of u-joint straps for a 2wd 12 bolt rear in my 72 truck. These aren't the little u-bolts like earlier trucks used. They are curved steel pieces held to the yoke with bolts. It's the little deals you remove to remove the driveshaft from the truck.

DFW area would be great for quick pickup and save shipping.

You can buy them new at most auto parts places. Autozone, Advance/Checker, NAPA. Cheap too.
