NO IAM NOT BUYING THEM THE IRS IS KEEPING MY INCOME CHECK
 THERE CLEAN TITLE TRUCKS IF A DISMANTLER OR DEALER BUYS THEM BUT OF A BODY SHOP BUYS THEM THEN THEY BECOME SALVAGE TITLES DONT KNOW WHY
