Oil pressure tap

Looking for a place to pull oil pressure reading for a mechanical gauge. I want to retain the stock idiot light and with the msd dist, I don't think there is enough room for a tee back there. Is the plug above the timing chain a oil pressure port? Or are there any other places to pull from?

Re: Oil pressure tap

Should be a plug above the oil filter, depending on year of motor
