Bell Housing and Clutch Dust Cover Question - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I'm trying to find the correct clutch dust cover for my A833/MY6 4 speed. The transmission has a unique bolt pattern where the transmission bolts to the bell housing. As such, I can't just swap to another, more common bell housing.

I was told a dust cover made for a 12" bell housing would work. Does anyone have a part number or vendor source that I could try? I've bought a couple dust covers on-line and neither fit.

Inspection cover looks just like the cover on my Saginaw. If that helps.

Walker, thanks for the reply. Are you saying that your Saginaw looks like the inspection cover, or the bell housing? The clutch cover fits my early 80s 1/2 ton bell housing, but is too small to fit the bell housing that I posted.

My inspection cover looks just like the one pictured. Bellhousing is completely different. What are the pictures? What you have or what your looking for?
