Decoding Vin Canadian GMC

This truck is listed on eBay as a 68 GMC. I do not think it is a 68 GMC, and now the seller thinks it is a 69 GMC. eBay Link

I have contacted the seller and the truck is an estate sale and the son is listing the truck and the daughter has the truck.

Any help with decoding the VIN would be appreciated.

Re: Decoding Vin Canadian GMC

here is the decode chart for a 69, and then 70 and 71 posted in hte second pic.
Looking at the photos in the link, the grill shot shows (assuming correct trim and body panels) it being a 69/70.
But that VIN is just goofy, even for a GMC.

And personally, even though it looks like a sweet truck, for 7000 bucks, I'd DEMAND more and better pics.

EDIT, again, assuming the body/trim are not swapped out, the newest it can be in a 69, in 70, they went to a single VIN plate instead of the 2 plate setup like shown.
