Aligning Fenders and doors -Advise WTD

Installed my cab last weekend - then installed the front fenders.
Everything is lined up pretty good, but needs more adjusting since I installed the door rubber....
Any advice or trade tricks that anyone can give me. I have done this before, but never had the opportunity to ask people who know the job their opinions and advise or if they have any tricks????!!!!
Thanks Guys
