New truck and new to the board!
Hi guys first off, there are some really nice trucks on this site and the info is top notch. I just purchased this 1968 straight 6 with the three speed on the column. I am from southeast texas so the truck has some cancer but nothing that cant be fixed I hope. Some here is some pics I gave $1500 for the truck and got a brand new set of moser axles for the rear 5 lug conversion. Thanks Guys Jared

thanks guys, it is my first classic ive been playing around with mustangs for the last 3 years. Im only 23 so its not going to be a full on restoration because I do not have my shop built yet or the funds, so im going to do a cruiser right now, i was thinking about keeping the six but I want to do a carb. 6.0 so bad with a th400 so we will see i want to get the body work done first. later jared

Nice. The wheels and axles are worth half of what you paid fo rthe whole truck. Also, I really like the more tapered/streamlined hood of the 67/68s.
