Re: fresh paint

I was just hoping you were from Iowa, we could use another 60-66 truck in our Iowa group. I had a sister that was born at Spirit Lake Hospital, nice town. How big is your town Of Spirit Lake?

The number fluctuates depending on whether the Sheriff's in town or not, right?

Re: fresh paint

Did you upgrade the electrical or go with the original factory stuff? I'm having a hard time wanting to shell out $400 for a new wiring kit.

I hope he treated you good and did a good job. I haven't been there since Nicki left. I don't really care for the new owner.

Re: fresh paint

When I got it the distributor was bad and it needed a carb spacer cuz the accel. pump lever was hitting the manifold keeping it from starting. lol It's just been nickle and diming me ever since but thats what old trucks do. It runs great and is pretty quick. I was so excited I paid full asking price for it but later kicked myself cuz I could have talked him down. lol I love it though and its a keeper. I did my wood last summer so know what a PITA it can be. So if you need help let me know. If you want to cut your own wood I have a table saw and got my wood at Ziggys in Post Falls. Saved a couple hundred bucks doing it myself.

Re: fresh paint

Looking forward to more photos. What a small world this can be. Years ago with lived North of Athol and my wife was a Spirit Lake EMT before they rolled it all under the Fire Dept. It's a nice area if you can put up with living in the snow belt!
