Water temp gage question
I plan to install my Camero tach soon in my bezel. While I have it apart,
I'm wanting to install a water temperature gage in the blank vacuum gage spot. What gage will work best for this? Anyone done this? Instructions? Pictures? Suggestions? Thanks, Aitch

I admit there is a lot I don't know but I don't think my temp gage on
the left actually shows what temperature I'm running. Mine registers C - H. What does the factory gage actually sense, is it water temp? Again, I don't know where the sensor is placed. If the C - H gage is a good indicator of engine temperature then I don't need anything else. Thanks aitch Quote:

I think someone makes an analog clock that will fit in the hole. I know I've seen it somewhere, but I can't remember where

Thanks all, the mechanic that did the install on my fresh 383 said that if it was his, he'd get a water temp gage. I'll ask him about it this weekend.
